This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Titan Properties, located
in Hubballi–Dharwad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and
developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting
the company’s products and services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate
will be highly self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan covering
sales, revenue, and expense controls
Establish and strategically build a strong customer base
Continuously analyze and improve the sales process to enhance performance
Work with senior management to establish an effective sales reporting framework
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Identify opportunities for sales growth and business expansion
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with company goals
Set team targets and conduct regular/quarterly performance reviews
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager
Desired Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
