This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Titan Properties, located in Hubballi.
The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering
incoming calls, handling customer inquiries or complaints, maintaining the customer database,
following up with leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Handle complaints and provide proper solutions
Maintain and update the customer database
Follow up with leads and interested customers
Provide suitable suggestions based on customer requirements
Transfer qualified leads to the concerned department for further action
Ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience
Requirements:
Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good telephone etiquette and ability to handle demanding customers
Minimum qualification: SSLC, PUC (degree is a plus)
At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and organizational skills
Quick learner with creative thinking to achieve targets
